Todd Carroll is the founder of Eagle Bridge Global Security and a seasoned cybersecurity and risk leader with a career bridging decades of federal law enforcement, global intelligence operations and enterprise security leadership. He began his career as a police officer before serving more than twenty years in the FBI, where he led complex investigations, managed high-risk incidents and advised senior leaders during moments of crisis. He later transitioned into the private sector as a CISO and senior security executive, building and scaling security programs for global organizations while partnering closely with boards and executive teams.

Todd’s work today focuses on leadership and management coaching, strengthening global team cohesion and helping organizations establish clear, effective cyber governance. Known for his calm, direct approach, he brings practical insight, executive-level judgment and a deep understanding of how people, culture and risk intersect.
